A Game changer: A Story of Destiny
Do you believe in Destiny?
Does everything in life happens for a reason?
“All is one, and one is all” is it true?Ever had a thought for once, “why particular events happen in your life that you never expected and you never wanted them to take place.”
This is where destiny plays a very huge role. Although we give our best shots to achieve the most needed goals in life, it occurs that we miss sometimes. We hit our all-time low and get demotivated pretty quickly. Only a few have the required juice to achieve their goals but not all. Lack of drive leads us to give up worth taking risks. We tend to give up easily.
If you wish on starting your own business or office?
people will tear down your efforts and will constantly degrade your thoughts. I say we shouldn’t listen to society, friends, family and set out some imaginary targets based on their level of expectations. Every individual has his own right to choose his life’s desires.
Government and society has always forced us to become a follower. They haven’t invested a penny in transforming students to create business tycoons or self-employed idealists. Destiny is basically nature trying to communicate with us to do the right thing, take the right call.
People ask me, “What should we do when things don’t work our way?”.
My reply to them, “Change the course of what you have been doing, destiny is hinting at you. Do what you always wanted to do”
They ask, “But how will that help?”
I reply, “You can never tell what will help and what won’t, nature has the sole control. All you can do is give your best”
Lets head to a short story of how a man’s destiny completely changed from what he was to what he became.
A Tale of Destiny :
Feudal Japan saw 100 years of civil war. It had no single ruler who can uphold the country to its zenith. It was a time, when clans used to rule lands. Monarch was just a titular head. Constant battles and bloodshed had torn the country. Japan’s course of destiny soon changed when a leader rose.
Then came a man who united Japan and ushered 200 years of peace and prosperity. Nobody knew who this man was, until he won his first battle. “Takechiyo” a kid from a northern clan was taken hostage by a southern clan. the southern clan completely destroyed the northern clan. Takechiyo was the last of the north’s clan.
He served the southern lord for 15 years until, Oda a warlord from eastern clan cleverly attacked the southern clan’s leader. Oda made Takechiyo his general. Over a period of 25 years Takechiyo constantly battled neighboring clans and amassed an army of 35,000 troops. Largest army in Japan. He worked for two masters and never expected power or the title of military leader. This was his humble upbringing and humility.
After serving two masters, he knew his destiny is about to change.
He knew all these years of sacrifice was about to become a fruitful gift. The two lords passed away and there was a conflict among generals as to who will succeed them.
Takechiyo had decades of battle experience and respect from masses. He won the conflict and announced himself “shogun” of Japan and led the country to its highest position in the world.
What If Takechiyo had not chosen to work for Oda, would he have been what he was destined to become?
IF DESTINY WANTS SOMETHING FROM YOU, NO MATTER THE COUNTLESS TWISTS AND TURNS YOU SEE, EVEN IF YOU TRY TO REVISE THE COURSE OF NATURE, NOTHING CAN CHANGE IT. WHAT IS WRITTEN IN YOUR BOOK OF FATE, YOU ARE BORN WITH IT. IT MIGHT TAKE AWHILE TO REVEAL, BUT IT WON’T’ STAY HIDDEN FOR LONG.
‘A person often meets his destiny on the road he took to avoid it’ -Jean de La Fontaine.
